Vait-Vait Digital Refund and Access Policy
Overview
This Digital Refund and Access Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, delivery, and access are handled for all products sold through Vait-Vait.
Vait-Vait offers only digital products created for bakers, pastry professionals, and bakery business owners. These resources may include baking masterclasses, bakery business guides, production planning tools, branding materials, recipe development workbooks, and other digital resources designed to support skill development and business growth.
Because all Vait-Vait products are delivered electronically and made available shortly after purchase, all orders are subject to a digital-only policy. By purchasing from Vait-Vait, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Digital Product Delivery
All products sold by Vait-Vait are digital downloads or online-access resources. No physical items are sold or shipped.
Delivery is considered complete once the purchased product has been made available through a download link, customer account, email delivery, access page, protected content area, or any other digital delivery method used by Vait-Vait. Once access details, files, or product links are provided, the order is considered delivered.
For the purpose of this policy, digital content is considered received once access has been granted, even if the customer does not immediately download or use the product.
Final Sale Rule
All purchases made through Vait-Vait are generally final.
Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after delivery, refunds, returns, and cancellations are not normally available once the order has been completed and access has been provided.
Limited Refund Exceptions
Refund requests may only be reviewed in a limited number of cases where there is a verified issue with the transaction or delivery. These exceptions include:

a duplicate charge or accidental duplicate purchase of the same product

a confirmed failure by the Vait-Vait platform to deliver or provide access to the purchased product

a corrupted, incomplete, or unusable file that cannot be repaired, replaced, or reissued
Where one of these issues is confirmed, Vait-Vait may first attempt to resolve the matter by restoring access, replacing the file, or reissuing the product. A refund may be considered only if the issue cannot reasonably be corrected.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as a change of mind after purchase, misunderstanding of the product description, no longer needing the product, or expecting features that were not clearly stated on the product page.
Refunds will also not be provided where the issue is related to personal software limitations, unsupported tools, lack of compatibility with the customer’s device or setup, or lack of knowledge or skill required to use the resource.
Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, opened, or used, this does not create a right to a refund unless one of the limited exceptions listed in this policy applies.
Compatibility Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the product description, format, and intended use before making a purchase.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring that their device, internet connection, browser, software, and technical environment are suitable for accessing and using the digital products sold by Vait-Vait. Refunds will not be granted because a customer’s personal setup does not support the purchased resource.
License and Anti-Redistribution
When purchasing a digital product from Vait-Vait, the customer receives a limited license to use that product for personal or permitted professional use only. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property.
Unless Vait-Vait gives written permission, customers may not resell, redistribute, publish, share, copy for public use, sublicense, or transfer purchased materials to others. Download links, account access, and private product files must not be shared.
Unauthorized redistribution or misuse of Vait-Vait digital products may result in revoked access, canceled licenses, refusal of future purchases, or further enforcement action where necessary.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If there is a problem with an order, the customer must contact Vait-Vait first so the issue can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed after digital access has been granted or the product has been made available, Vait-Vait reserves the right to challenge that dispute using available records, including order details, payment confirmation, delivery logs, access history, and download records.
Where a dispute is found to be abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with completed digital delivery, Vait-Vait may suspend access, revoke licenses, and restrict future purchases.
Product and Policy Updates
Vait-Vait may update, revise, replace, or discontinue digital products, access methods, or product materials from time to time. Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, a purchase does not guarantee future updates, later versions, or continued revisions.
Refunds will not be issued simply because a product is later changed, improved, expanded, reduced, or discontinued.
Vait-Vait may also update this policy periodically to reflect changes in services, digital delivery systems, business practices, or legal requirements. Any revised version will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the current policy.
